So Fresh and so Clean, Clean

So today, I had lunch at MetroFresh with my ATFCAF (All Time Favorite Client And Friend), DP. I have to tell you, the only thing more fabulous than the company was the food. I know MetroFresh is not news, but I am never disappointed in the ever-changing fresh and healthy menu. For those of you who don’t know about Souper Jenny’s sister restaurant, it’s located in Midtown off Monroe and 8th in the Midtown Promenade shopping center (with Trader Joe’s) and it’s ah-ma-zing. The menu changes daily and L+L’s crew has been known to frequent it multiple times monthly, often hitting it up a couple of times in one week. In case you were wondering what I ate for lunch today, I chose 3 sides as a meal which included:
Wild rice salad with grapes, mangoes, walnuts and blackberry vinaigrette,
Chicken salad with arugula pesto, tomato, and artichokes (no mayo!) +
Vine ripened tomato stackers with cucumber, feta and kalamata olive tapenade with basil…delish!

But the salads, soups and sandwiches are always fresh, inventive and amazing as well. Don’t even get me started on the cookies…
